These Terms of Service (“Terms”) and Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) govern your access to and use of our video course(s), downloads and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By purchasing or accessing the Service you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2) Scope of the Service

Online video course(s) in 3D printing, together with learning materials, project files (including 30 original STL files), checklists/templates,
and any community/chat spaces we may provide. The content is educational. It is not engineering, legal or financial advice, and does not guarantee specific results.

3) Accounts (auto-created via systeme.io) and Age

Automatic account creation: After a successful purchase, systeme.io automatically generates your user account and sends you an email with a link to set your password/access.

Your responsibility: You are responsible for securing your access credentials and for all activity under your account. Account sharing is prohibited.

Age: The Service is intended for individuals 18+. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

4) Prices, Payment and Invoicing

Current prices are shown on the course page within systeme.io and may change for future purchases. The price at checkout appears on your receipt/invoice.

Payments are processed by systeme.io’s integrated payment providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). Intomagnet Ltd. does not store card data.

Prices exclude your own ancillary costs (e.g., 3D printers, materials, software licenses, marketing budgets).

For invoices we may need legally required details (name/company, tax/VAT number if applicable, billing address).

5) Access and Availability

Upon payment and automatic account creation, you receive personal, non-transferable access to the course and materials for the duration stated on the course page (e.g., lifetime access meaning as long as we maintain the course).

Sharing your account or providing third-party access is not allowed and may lead to suspension or termination without refund.

6) License to Content and STL Files (Commercial Prints Allowed)

All videos, texts, images, code, and the 30 original STL files are protected works owned by Intomagnet Ltd. (or its licensors).

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to: (a) view and use the learning materials for your own education; and (b) use the provided STL files to manufacture and sell physical 3D-printed products (commercial use of prints is permitted), with no cap on quantities.

Strictly prohibited without our prior written consent: resale, distribution, sharing, publication or making available of the STL files themselves (including any modified/derivative STL or other digital versions) in marketplaces, repositories or to third parties; sublicensing, re-packaging, re-branding or bundling our digital files; using the INTOMAGNET mark in product listings/packaging/ads without permission.

Permissible technical modifications (e.g., scaling, supports, wall thickness adjustments) solely to improve printability are allowed; the ban on distributing digital files still applies.

7) Community and Communications

If we provide forums/chats/comments, use them only for course-related topics. Prohibited: harassment, unlawful content, IP violations, spam/ads, malware. We may moderate or remove content and restrict access for violations.

8) Updates and Support

We may, at our discretion, add updates or improvements. Unless explicitly promised on the course page, future updates are not guaranteed.

9) Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) and Refunds

The Service is digital content provided immediately after purchase, including access to 30 original STL files. By completing your order, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content once access is provided (consistent with EU consumer rules and Bulgarian law). Refunds are not available after access is granted due to the nature of the product and the downloadable original files. This does not affect your statutory rights in case of non-conformity. (Implementation tip for checkout: include a required checkbox stating: “I consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once access is provided.”)

10) Intellectual Property and Trademarks

INTOMAGNET and related logos/signs are trademarks of Intomagnet Ltd. No license to use our marks is granted unless we provide written permission. For IP concerns or mistaken uploads, contact intomagnet@gmail.com with details (links, description, proof).

11) Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of specific outcomes (e.g., profits, certain print quality). To the extent permitted by law, Intomagnet Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages (lost profits, lost data, loss of opportunity). Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches (including sharing files or unauthorized digital distribution). No refund is due upon termination for breach.

13) Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may reference or link to third-party sites/tools. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

14) Governing Law and Dispute Venue

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes fall under the competent Bulgarian courts as determined by applicable jurisdiction rules. EU consumers may also use out-of-court options (e.g., the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission/ADR bodies or the EU ODR platform).

15) Changes to These Terms and Privacy Policy

We may update this document. We will publish the new version and, for material changes, notify active customers by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.

Technical: IP address, device/browser info, logs, cookies (functional, analytics; marketing only with consent).

Payments: handled by payment providers integrated in systeme.io (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). We do not store card data.

18) Purposes and Legal Bases

Contract performance: account provisioning (auto-generated via systeme.io), order processing, access to content, customer support.

Legal obligations: invoicing, tax and accounting.

Legitimate interests: service security, fraud/abuse prevention (including anti-piracy), internal reporting, improving the Service.

Consent: email marketing/newsletters; non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.

19) Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use necessary cookies for functionality and analytics (anonymized where feasible). Marketing/tracking cookies are used only with your consent. Manage settings via our cookie banner and/or your browser.

20) Retention Periods

Account data: while your account is active and up to 12 months after deactivation (for queries/claims), unless a longer legal retention applies.

Billing/tax records: up to 10 years as required by law.

Support/requests: up to 12 months after closure.

Security logs: up to 6 months (longer if an incident is under investigation).

21) Sharing of Personal Data (Recipients)

Platform: systeme.io (hosting, course delivery, email, checkout) — acts as a processor.

Payment processors: e.g., Stripe/PayPal.

IT support, email delivery services, accountants/auditors, legal advisors.

Public authorities/courts where legally required.

We do not sell personal data.

22) International Transfers

If any processor is outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with supplementary safeguards where needed.

23) Security Measures

Encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, data minimisation, staff confidentiality, incident logging and response procedures.

24) Your Rights (GDPR)

Access to your data; Rectification; Erasure (where applicable); Restriction of processing; Objection (including to marketing); Data portability; Withdraw consent at any time (for marketing/cookies). We respond within 30 days. We may request identity verification.

25) Minors

The Service is not directed to persons under 18. If we learn we collected data from a minor, we will delete it unless retention is legally required.
